1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging CruzeCoding ("Developer", "we", "us") for any service — including but not limited to plugin development, plugin customization, or server setup consultation — you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any engagement.
2. Services Provided
CruzeCoding provides the following categories of services:
- Plugin Development: Building custom server-side plugins from scratch for CS2 or CSGO using Sourcemod, CounterStrikeSharp, Swiftly, ModSharp, or Metamod frameworks.
- Plugin Customization: Modifying, extending, or debugging existing plugins upon Client request.
- Server Setup Consultation: Advisory and hands-on assistance for configuring CS2/CSGO dedicated servers, including hosting selection, framework installation, and plugin stack configuration.
3. Project Agreements & Scope
All projects begin with a written agreement (via email or Discord) outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Any changes to scope after work has commenced may result in revised timelines and additional charges. Scope changes must be agreed upon in writing before work proceeds.
CruzeCoding reserves the right to decline any project request at its sole discretion, including projects that conflict with applicable laws or ethical standards.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is agreed upon before project commencement. For paid engagements, the following terms apply:
- A deposit of up to 50% of the total agreed price may be required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final deliverable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Failure to complete payment within 7 days of delivery notice may result in suspension of support and withholding of final source code delivery.
- All prices are listed in the currency agreed upon at time of engagement. CruzeCoding is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
5. Delivery & Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by Client inaction, unclear requirements, late feedback, or third-party service outages do not constitute a breach by CruzeCoding. The Developer will communicate progress and any delays proactively.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered plugin for their own server(s). Full source code is delivered as part of all custom development engagements.
CruzeCoding retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio (without disclosing confidential Client information) unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before project commencement.
The Client shall not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of delivered work without explicit written permission from CruzeCoding.
7. Revisions & Support
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisionswithin 14 days of delivery. Revisions beyond this scope, or requested after 14 days, may be billed at the Developer's standard hourly rate. Bug fixes caused by the Developer's own implementation errors are always corrected at no additional charge.
8. Liability Limitation
CruzeCoding is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered plugins or services, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or community disruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
9. Third-Party Frameworks & Dependencies
Plugins are built on third-party frameworks (Sourcemod, CounterStrikeSharp, Swiftly, ModSharp, Metamod) that are maintained by their respective communities. CruzeCoding is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by future updates to these frameworks or the underlying game engine.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
11. Modifications
CruzeCoding reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Clients will be reasonably notified of material changes.
